Hello digihitch, I was surfing the computer tonight and found my pictures from Alaska. I thought i might as well post a couple since the summer of 09 is coming around and Alaska is stunning at that time of the year.

The place is surrounded by mountains but here is another of bishop beach

Wow, that first picture really speaks to me! whats the name of that cabin, or that resort, or whatever it is? I might google some more of that!

That is Laird Hot spring along the Alaska Highway. Nice place and all campsites are 20$ or you can camp on the parking lot just outside the park. I don't recommend camping in the woods because it is a provincial park and all and Bison are everywhere.

Went there twice it was great.

Best place t meet Newfies in Canada(outside of New Foundland) and the coffee at the lodge is pretty good. The price of cigarettes will kill you though and did they have the showers fixed when you went past?

I couldnt find any showers i think they may of taken them down, but I cant tell you for certain i assumed there were none.
