Dick Chenay is the president of the senate and is probably presiding over it. You will never see the president and vp in same room except during state of the union address.

I actually got sick watching this last State of the Union address. About halfway through my stomach was all twisting into knots and whatnot. You could tell what Dick Cheney was happy about when he would stand up. If you could put 2 and 2 together it was mostly when Bush was talking about sending more supplies and money to the troops. That means his ass is getting rich off supplies sent over there through Halliburton. Now don't get me wrong, our troops need good supplies and I support them, but it makes me sick to think that he is getting rich off of it.
